RTR (Recognized Engine Retrofitters) certificate is awarded by Woodward, which appoints the authorized company to upgrade or retrofit turbine & engine using Woodward and provide engineering service. In 20th Sep. 2007, Winelec is appointed as Woodward RTR company.
