Product introduction

 

 As an important equipment of turbine and other rotary machines for monitoring, the DMS2000 is an online modularization and intelligent monitoring system which is intentionally designed to possess high reliability. In conjunction with DMT2000 series transducers, it can be used to precisely and continuously measure vibration, shaft displacement, speed, heat expansion, eccentricity and differential expansion of turbines, hydraulic turbines, fans and compressors. The modularization structure makes system configuration is agile and maintenance is easy.

 

Features

   Special anti-interference processing capability
   Modularization structure makes functional modules be configured as per the requirements of users and makes the system flexible expansion.
   Professional hot plug design ensures that on-line plugging module without fault and convenience for system maintenance.
   Each channel has special buffer output for field debugging
   High speed measuring and displaying, the maximum measuring speed is up to 20000rpm
   The intelligent hand-held programmer and the all digitization parameter adjustment make the locale configuration be more convenient.
   Special configuration software for module configuration and management.
 
Functions
a)       Display
   LCD digitron real time displays measuring value.
   LED real time displays channel health, ‘Alert Alarm’ and ‘Danger Alarm’.
   Indications for Danger Alarming Bypass, Channel Bypass, First-out Alarming.
b)       Alarms
   LED display and relay output of the ‘Alert Alarm’ and ‘Danger Alarm’ is synchronous.
c)       Outputs
   The module provides ‘Alert Alarm’ and ‘Danger Alarm’ contact signal output, adding to DMS3210 series of Relay Modules to output dry contact signals, the contacts can be normal open and normal close. When alarm happens, relay loop energizes on or off will provide.
   Analog output, corresponding to voltage or current signals to be measured, for DCS inputs.
   Buffer output is beneficial to field debugging.
d)       Others
   Keep delay when the module powers onmaking signal fault judgment to be implemented after self-diagnosis.
   Provide multipliable alarming modes, including input signals non-alarm, high alarm, low alarm, high-low alarm or high-low span alarm.
   Hot plugging design ensures that on-line plugging module without fault. 
   All the parameters are digitalization and will be protected when power off.
