Application
The control object of the SDEH-6 Digital Governor is turbine unit. Based on automatic control theory, integrated computer technology and communication technology, the SDEH-6 is applied to turbine control and protection. The SDEH-6 bases on industrial processing unit, supplemented with programmable logic chip, integrating control system software to achieve high precision and reliability control. It integrates control software applied to long-term engineering practice. It has the advantage of high accuracy, high stability, friendly human-machine interface, simple operation and flexible configuration. The SDEH-6 is suitable for the single valve control of industry turbine-generator set.
Functions
■ The governor parameters need configuration; it should be programed before turbine start.
■ Speed setpoints: 2 idle speeds, 2 critical speeds, 1 rated speed, 1 trip speed (electrical overspeed trip), 1 overspeed test limit.
■ Turbine auto start control: auto speed control to idle, after idle, auto critical speed avoidance, auto speed raising to min governor speed.
■ The auto start control can be interrupted manually anytime except in critical speed, for example, to end idle or stop speed raise manually.
■ It is available for speed control, load control, and primary frequency regulation. It is also available for 4~20mA remote control while speed is between min governor speed and max governor speed.
■ It is available to raise/lower speed/load manually by keypad ▲/▼ on panel or remote push buttons.
■ Auto critical speed avoidance, to avoid critical speed stuck for safety.

■ Power supplies: 24VDC or 220VAC
■ Contact input: 4 inputs, #1-Remote Raise Speed, #2-Remote Lower-Speed, #3-External Trip, #4-Grid Breaker On
■ Contact outputs: 3 outputs, #1-Shutdown, #2-Overspeed Alarm, #3-Failure Alarm
■ Speed sensor inputs: 2 inputs, DMT2300 magnetic reluctance speed sensors, high signal selected
■ Analog inputs: 2 inputs of 4~20mA signal, #1-Remote Speed Setpoint, #2-Electrical Load
■ Actuator output: 1 input, 4~20mA or 20~160mA
■ Analog outputs: 1 input, 4~20mA, programmable for speed, speed setpoint, electrical load, or power setpoint
■ Communication: 1 group of RS485 wiring terminals and 1 RS232 port, only one for choice, optional
